Short Abstract:
The retinoblastoma tumor suppressor protein (RB1) negatively regulates transcription by sequestering major transcription factors, the E2Fs. Here, we developed a detailed comprehensive map of some proteins and published interactions involved in the regulation of RB, along with an alternative modular diagram that we derived from the consensus network.

You can find a list of all the people involved in the construction of the RB/E2F map [Participants]
along with the list of external contributors and their specific contributions, when available [Contributors].
