The main configuration file (syscfg.xml)can be modified by the administrator. It contains the initialization of the resources (i.e. access path to the data, url address to your favorite public databases, cytogenetic banding informations, ...) which allows VAMP to be launched correctly. The xml data file need to be copied into the root directory defined in the tag:

A sample administrator file is given in the Annexes (see 8.1): it can be modified to customize the contextual menus regarding the information of the clones, the transcriptome probes, SNPs, ...
