We programmed all our algorithms with R. R is available for download here .

The scripts are available here : script.zip    script.tar.gz
You can look at a little representation of our separators in KEGG. We made available these pictures for specific pathways in our results section, but maybe you are interested to see the whole picture in KEGG. We think it is indeed an efficient and very interesting representation of our results.

The files are available here : KEGG color files.zip    KEGGcolorfiles.tar.gz
A little tutorial on how to use them is available here .
The representation of our classifiers in KEGG doesn’t allow us to look at all the pathways at the same time, therefore it offers us a incomplete view of the profiles. A complete view is available with the Cytoscape software available here . This software is a java platform-independent application and is released under the terms of the LGPL .
