Color KEGG pathways

In order to look at our classifiers in KEGG, the first thing you have to do is to download the corresponding text files in the Data section . The text files are only tabulated files with the color codes of each gene. The file separator.threshold.XX.colors.txt corresponds to the separator with XX eigenvalues set to zero. The greater XX is, the smoother our separator will be.

In order to project the chosen classifier onto KEGG pathways, you have to get to the KEGG “color pathways in gene maps” page ( here ).
Don’t forget to precise that you search against Saccharomyces cerevisiae ! (cf. besides)
Enter the file name containing the separator you want to project (the file must be something of the form separator.threshold.XX.colors.txt) and click on the “exec” button.
